About Me
I am an Associate Professor in Bioinformatics working at NBIS (National Bioinformatics Infrastructure Sweden) the Bioinformatics platform of Science for Life Laboratories. NBIS is also the Swedish node of ELIXIR. My worktasks include being the Training coordinator for NBIS and ELIXIR-SE and Support manager for NBIS Bioinformatics experts, currently around 15 experts, supporting Life Science Sweden with Bioinformatics expertise in a wide range of research areas.
I am also involved in NBIS research projects where my expertise is needed as an biologically integrative, multi-omics, Bioinformatics expert.
My current research lies within the multidisciplinary field higher education and learning, cognitive science and Bioinformatics. Here, I am part of the work of the Mastery Rubric for Bioinformatics.
