I am part of the Monash Bioinformatics Platform based at the Central Clinical School, Alfred Hospital. My role is to support and educate bioinformatic/genomic projects and practitioners in medical research. My area of expertise is cancer genomics and epigenomics but also have experience in microbiome and non-model organism analyses. I am a certified Carpentries Instructor and mainly teach R.
