About Me
Sonika Tyagi is a bioinformatics researcher, trainer and educator. Currently heads up a research group at the Monash University Australia. She has been part of the Australian bioinformatics trainer crew led by the Bioplatforms Australia Ltd., EMBL-Australia Bioinformatics Resource, and Education sub-committee of Australian Bioinformatics and Computational Biology Society. She is also a genomics instructor at The Carpentries. She is developing and teaching bioinformatics and computational biology curriculum for under- and post-graduates.
